Q: Are brazibeans’ coffees directly sourced from Brazil?
A: Yes! Our main objective is to deliver the best Brazilian specialty coffee sourced from small coffee producers and brands that practice sustainable processing and farming.
Q: Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
A: Yes, we offer coffee subscriptions at brazibeans, where you can get your favorite coffee beans at 10% off the usual price. It’s completely up to you how many bags you want to receive and how frequently you want to receive them.
Q: Do you sell any gift cards?
A: Yes. Our gift cards are in the denominations of $ 15, 25, 50, and 100.
Q: How long do I have to make a refund request?
A: You have a total of 14 days from the delivery date of your order. After this period, brazibeans is not liable to process any refund request.
Q: How do I make a refund request?
A: Simply drop us an email for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order number.
Q: How will my refund be credited?
A: All refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment which is the credit card that you used to place an order with brazibeans. For gifts, refunds will be credited back in the form of a brazibeans gift card.

A: For payments made by credit card, the refund will be credited within a period of 14 business days upon receiving the returned order. For orders paid with a gift card, we will ship a brazibeans gift card by mail or send a digital gift card through email.

A: We aim to ship all orders within a period of 2 business days upon receipt. Any delays will be pre-notified in advance.

Q: Which items qualify for a return?A: brazibeans only provides refunds for items that are deemed as defective by brazibeans. The items need to be ordered directly from our website, brazibeans.com. For orders placed with retailers, simply liaise directly with the individual retailer for any return request. Every return request is subject to each retailer’s terms and conditions. Please note that any minor damage to the packaging is not considered defective.
